Friday's rules are designed to promote entertaining games with the possibility of being won by either player. Decks should be built with that principle in mind. Even if it is possible to build a deck within the rules, if that deck is designed to make the game un-fun, please do not make it or bring it.
1) Reversals
A deck is maxed out at 50% reversals in Arsenal and 50% reversals in the Backlash deck. That percentage is further modified; if you have a Reversal that is re-usable, each Reversal of that nature counts as two reversals.
Example; Jamie Noble has a Reversal which, when it is in Ringside, can be placed at the bottom of his Arsenal. That limits him to 28 reversals in his arsenal.
Furthermore, if an ability recycles reversals, that reduces the allowed reversals in Arsenal by 5 if it is not restricted or 3 if it is restricted.
Example; The Rock may put one card under his Arsenal each turn, he is limited to 28 reversals (though the People's Champ may still have 30). Shelton Benjamin restocks a card when he is reversed, thus is limited to 25 reversals.
Example 2; Booker T may re-stock 2 cards if he is ahead or, if he is able to play his pre-match card, while behind, so his ability is considered restricted.
The plan is to have a quick draft where decks are selected in turn until they are gone. Then we will start playing. Ideally there will be enough time to have a single-elimination tournament to decide the inaugral Starving Crazed Weasels Heavyweight Champion.
If everyone pitches in 5 bucks we can get a pizza or two and I will supply soda.
